Click a row to pin a highlight on it. Sorted by bore, then OD.
Notes
- Widths are for shielded/sealed (ZZ / 2RS) bearings. Open bearings in the small R sizes (R144, R168, R188…) can be narrower.
- Flange dimensions are typical and vary somewhat by manufacturer, especially for the small inch FR sizes. Check the vendor drawing before you machine a pocket.
- Hex-bore bearings (FRC-style) list the hex across-flats as the bore. Dimensions vary by vendor.
- Size filters are inclusive, within 0.02 mm. Set min = max to find one exact size. For example, bore 6 mm to 6 mm finds 6 mm bearings but not 1/4" bearings. Leave a box blank for no limit.
- Metric deep-groove series, lightest to heaviest for a given bore: 68 < 69 < 160 < 60 < 62 < 63 < 64. The last two digits are the bore code: 00 = 10, 01 = 12, 02 = 15, 03 = 17 mm, and from 04 up, code × 5 mm (6307 = 35 mm bore). Bearings with a suffix (-2RS, ZZ, C3, N…) have the same envelope dimensions.
- Fits: the race that rotates relative to the load gets the interference fit. For a rotating shaft, that means a light press on the shaft (j6/k6) and a slip or transition fit in the housing (H7/J7). For a rotating housing it is the reverse. See the ISO Fit calculator for the numbers.
